The Helmsman

Situated on the edge of the historic district, The Helmsman is a boutique-style luxury apartment community near the Savannah College of An and Design {SCAD}. This community features contemporary architecture with clean lines and a combination of materials and colors, including a mix of grey and beige tones and sections of light-colored panels that add visual interest and break up the facade.

The design incorporates flat rooflines, balconies that add depth and texture to the exterior, large windows that connect indoor and outdoor spaces, and recessed sections that add dimension. This architectural approach combines modern design principles with practical features to meet the needs of the residents.

The Helmsman offers studios and one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, each with private bathrooms. Every unit features contemporary finishes, and select units also have balconies.
